These Terms govern participation in PolitiCap at politicap.eu. PolitiCap is the politics / influence arm of the 3DN family: a civic market simulation where contribution meets opinions about public power. By using PolitiCap, you agree to these Terms.

Work · Money · Politics

Most of what truly shapes adult life sits in three foundations: work (how you create value), money (how value is held and moved), and politics (how the rules and influence over your life are decided). The 3DN family is built around that whole — not as three random apps, but as connected pieces of the same economy.

Work — IWISH (local marketplace labour) and ZZP2ZZP (independent professional work).
Money — DutchBud (closed-loop virtual credits) and 3DN (compute & hosting you run on).
Politics — PolitiCap (civic market simulation: put contribution where your mouth is).

The triskelion mark stands for that unity — three arms, one centre — not a religious claim.

Put your WORK where your mouth is.

Deploy DutchBud credits earned through real contribution — especially proof-of-sweat work on IWISH — to support or short political capital in a simulation. Not a cash casino. Not a substitute for voting or legal process.

1. Simulation, not real-money markets

Trading uses DutchBud virtual credits only.
No real-money deposits into PolitiCap for trading.
No cash-out of credits from PolitiCap or DutchBud for fiat.
Not a licensed securities exchange; not a bookmaker; not a prediction market for cash prizes.

2. Where credits come from

Credits are primarily earned by proof of sweat on IWISH and related 3DN participation (work). You may also obtain DutchBud virtual dibs by Getting a Loan on DutchBud, subject to DutchBud’s loan rules. See IWISH Terms and DutchBud Terms. Credits are not sold by us as a gambling stake.

3. Work and money elsewhere stay separate

If you also use IWISH, real-currency payments there are optional and peer-to-peer between users only. Professional work tools live on ZZP2ZZP. Compute subscriptions live on 3DN. Those paths do not become cash deposits into PolitiCap.

4. Roles & trust

Default role: Investor. Further roles (News Agency, Broker, Market Maker, oversight, …) require higher trust and skills when enabled. No pay-to-win privileged roles.

5. Not gambling

PolitiCap is designed as a skill- and participation-oriented civic simulation with non-redeemable virtual credits. You agree not to treat or market it as online gambling.

6. Acceptable use

No manipulation, multi-account abuse, or sale of accounts/credits for cash.
No illegal content or attacks on the service.
No claiming that PolitiCap outcomes are official election results or legal judgments.
No forged DutchBud ledger seals, replay of trade receipts, or injection of unsealed fills into ECN trade batches.

7. Regional ECN operators (downlinks)

Operators of regional Electronic Communication Network (ECN) nodes that connect to the PolitiCap hub agree that the hub is the authority for global trade syndication and node software distribution.

Authentication: Each node uses a hub-issued API key. The operator is responsible for key custody and for the security of the machine running the node software.
Sealed trades only: Syndicated fills must carry a valid DutchBud ledger receipt (ledger_ref + ledger_code). Guessed, forged, or missing seals are rejected.
Quarantine: The hub may place a node in quarantine automatically or by administrator action when abuse, compromise, or anomalous uplink behaviour is detected (including forged ledger seals). While quarantined:
- the node’s trade batches are not accepted onto the hub syndicate tape;
- the registered operator is sent an urgent email stating the reason and evidence;
- local customer trading on the node is not intentionally slowed by hub quarantine (customer impact from a compromised node remains the operator’s responsibility to investigate).
Identity: High-trust / bank-grade operators may have their legal or trading name disclosed to brokers and participants on that node. Operators must keep operator contact email current with the hub desk.
Compromise: If you receive a quarantine notice you did not expect, treat the node and API key as potentially compromised, reply promptly to support@politicap.eu, and cooperate on key rotation.
Lift: Quarantine is lifted only after hub review. Continued use of the node software and uplink constitutes acceptance of these operator rules.
