Support PolitiCap — the civic market for political capital.

Cash donations are temporarily paused until a Dutch non-profit foundation (stichting) exists. We will incorporate a Dutch stichting under Dutch law. We will not collect pledges on a personal/eenmanszaak IBAN, will not pay ourselves from a donation pot, will not promise Dutch or US deductibility, and will not use a Thai address as the statutory seat. ANBI, if ever pursued, is separate and later.

Three tracks when fully open:

Donate — EUR (paused until stichting + foundation IBAN; named payee details then).
Sponsor compute — API credits, hardware loan, reserved capacity (interest welcome now; short term sheet on follow-up).
Advertise — 300×250 sidebar creatives (interest welcome now).

Cash donations temporarily paused

We are not accepting Mollie / card / iDEAL pledges until a proper legal seat exists. Week-one rules we are following:

Do not take pledges on a personal / eenmanszaak IBAN “until the stichting exists.”
Do not pay yourself from any donation pot.
Do not promise Dutch or US tax deductibility.
Do not use a Thai address as the statutory seat.

We will incorporate a Dutch stichting (non-profit foundation under Dutch law). When that stichting and its IBAN are in place, cash donate will reopen here with the foundation as named payee. Until then: no personal IBAN collections, no “temporary” workarounds. ANBI status, if pursued, is a later step — not a permit queue before incorporation.

1 · Donate (paused)

Cash support (EUR) will fund hosting, desk tooling, and the multi-language civic market — not dibs or equity. Mollie checkout is offline until the Dutch stichting is incorporated.

Tax / receipt (unchanged when donate reopens):

US visitors: contributions are not tax-deductible for US federal income tax. We do not issue US charitable gift receipts.
Netherlands / EU: no Dutch tax deduction claim unless/until an ANBI (or equivalent) status exists. A political-purpose civic market is a hard fit for ANBI and for a US public charity alike.
If a large hardware contribution requires a US tax deduction, the donee must be a US public charity with independent discretion — and that charity will struggle with PolitiCap’s political purpose the same way ANBI will.
Mainland China: we do not run Mollie / WeChat / Alipay donation campaigns aimed at the PRC, and we do not collect PRC national IDs for receipts.

Amount chips and Mollie checkout are hidden until the stichting IBAN is live. No €5–€100 presets while paused.
