Growth partners

PolitiCap invites a small number of distribution partners to help bring verified human participants into the civic market. Partners who deliver may earn additional Property-linked interests from a capped pool. T4-verified participants may also become partial owners of the Property by buying POLCAP on the open book. Neither path is the same as shares in a company unless an agreement later converts. This page is business documentation for serious counterparties. It is not a public sale of securities and not a retail investment product.

Read this first: the Property ≠ the company

  • The Property — a defined bundle of product assets: PolitiCap, DutchBud, ZZP2ZZP, and IWANTISELL, plus the shared operating layer that runs them. Full schedule: The Property.
  • The company — any commercial operator (now or later) that may earn income, hire, or contract. The company is not identical to the Property. General work under other banners is outside the Property.
  • What partners may earn — rights that refer to the Property (and/or conversion into company shares only if a company is formed around it and the agreement says so). Ordinary trading on the civic book for play stakes does not by itself make anyone an owner of the Property.

If you want “a percentage of a private limited company” as such, that only exists once such a company is incorporated and shares are issued. This programme is built so value can attach to the Property schedule first.

POLCAP and ownership of the Property

Keep in mind that T4-verified participants (trust ladder complete through government ID) may buy shares of POLCAP on the civic market (with closed-loop dibs obtained through product participation). Anyone who does so becomes a partial owner of the Property — the product bundle described on that schedule (not “the company”). Open-market POLCAP buys are restricted to T4; other tickers remain open to normal play.

That does not coerce anybody to do anything with or for PolitiCap. It merely stimulates holders to strengthen the Property (including by helping real humans participate), because that can support the price of their holdings on the tape. Selling POLCAP realizes that stake in dibs on the book. Programme grants to growth partners are an additional, capped path — they do not replace open-market POLCAP ownership.

Property owners may submit feature requests

Shareholders in POLCAP (T4 holders only may buy on the open book) — partial owners of the Property — may send product ideas straight to the desk. Owner voices are prioritized over cold traffic. A request is reviewed; it is not a guaranteed build and not a binding vote.

In one line

A capped pool of Property-linked interests for partners who bring verified humans — earned through participation in the product economy (work → closed-loop stakes → market), not through an open checkout that sells ownership for general payment instruments.

1. Context

The civic market, closed-loop balances (dibs), and sibling products in the Property are live. Human participation is still early. The constraint is distribution and trust.

We are not looking for hype, fake volume, or vanity metrics. We are looking for operators who can introduce the Property to audiences that will use it honestly.

2. Who this is for

  • Independent media, newsletters, and civic publishers
  • Community organisers with an identifiable audience
  • Local or thematic operators who may later run a regional node
  • Professionals who make warm introductions and accept written terms

Not for bot farms, contest farms, or anyone whose craft is inflating empty accounts.

3. Commercial idea — interest in the Property

Approved partners may earn from a fixed pool of interests that reference the Property (often recorded as POLCAP or programme units on the ledger). Separately, any T4-verified participant who buys POLCAP with dibs on the open market is treated as a partial owner of the Property in proportion to their holdings — see the disclaimer above. Partner grants accelerate that stake; they do not create a different kind of ownership.

Parameter Programme default (subject to agreement)
Pool (total) Up to 8% of the Property-linked interests reserved for this programme
Indicative rate Up to 1.0% of that pool’s reference basis per 100 verified humans attributed to the partner
Hard cap per partner Typically 2–3% unless agreed in writing
Programme ceiling When the 8% pool is allocated, the open rate ends
Instrument Contractual Property interest (and/or restricted units on the ledger); company shares only if the agreement converts later
Vesting Part on cohort acceptance; remainder after retention check
Treasury Unissued Property-linked float remains with the founder / treasury until granted

Worked example (illustrative): 200 verified humans → up to 2% from the pool, subject to verification, vesting, and signature — not an automatic on-book mint from public trading alone.

3.1 Dibs, work, and why this is not “buy ownership at checkout”

  • Dibs are closed-loop play stakes inside the experience. They are not described here as currency, legal tender, or bank money.
  • Participants obtain dibs through product participation (including paths we define for partners and contributors) — the design intent is work and engagement before market power, not an open public sale of Property interests for general payment instruments.
  • Partner grants, when made, are programme allocations under agreement. They may be mirrored on the ledger for transparency; the legal root is the contract + Property schedule.

4. Verified human

Generally all of the following (final definition in the agreement):

  • Authenticated registration on the normal path
  • Attribution to the partner (code, link, or campaign id)
  • Meaningful activity — at least one genuine market action (for example a completed order), not only a page view
  • Passes anti-abuse checks
  • Retention under the vesting rule (for example good standing at day 90)

Automated agents and internal test accounts do not count.

5. Vesting and clawback

  • Initial credit when a cohort is accepted
  • Retention tranche only if the cohort meets the agreed standard
  • Clawback for fraud, manipulation, or material breach

6. Illustrative Property stages (not a price list)

Orientation only — scenarios for ambition, not a formal appraisal and not terms to purchase interests for payment instruments on this page.

Stage Picture Illustrative significance
A — Live Property, few humans Products work; little network effect Early / option value
B — ~1,000 humans, one major hub Real engagement on one node Proof of concept for partners
C — ~10,000 humans, multi-node Repeatable hubs Federation begins to matter
D — Large multi-country use Category-scale civic market Highly conditional long-term

We deliberately avoid quoting external payment-unit “valuations” on this page. Serious counterparties can discuss scenarios under NDA; public copy stays qualitative so this does not read as a securities price list.

7. What we provide

  • Live products in the Property and documentation
  • Attribution and reporting as agreed
  • Reasonable pilot support
  • Written success metrics (for example weekly active participants — not empty registrations)

8. What we expect

  • Honest description: civic market, closed-loop stakes, Property vs company
  • No artificial volume or misleading promotions
  • Signed agreement before any Property interest is allocated
  • Professional conduct

9. How to apply

Application (required)
