The Property
This page describes a defined bundle of digital products and related systems — called the Property. It exists so partners and readers can see what is in scope. It is not a description of a company, a share register of a private limited company, or an offer to buy ownership with ordinary payment instruments.
Property is not the company
The Property is a bundle of product assets and operating systems listed below. The company (the commercial operator that may earn income, employ people, or hold unrelated activities) is a separate idea. Holding a contractual interest tied to the Property — if and when granted under a written programme — is not the same as holding shares in a company, and is not ownership of any entity outside this schedule. The trading name used for other work is outside this Property.
1. Purpose of this schedule
When we speak of growth partners, treasury, or units related to POLCAP, we mean interests that — under a written agreement — can refer to this Property, not to a general claim on every activity the founder may run under any other name.
This schedule may be updated. The version that matters for any partner is the version attached to their agreement.
2. What is included
The Property means the following product lines, including their public sites, application software, data models, brands as used on those sites, and the operational systems required to run them as a coherent whole:
2.1 PolitiCap
- The civic market at politicap.eu and related language editions
- The ticker system, indices, order book, portfolio and account surfaces
- The news desk, documentation, embeds, and Battle-of-the-AIs presentation as product features
- Associated APIs and client applications published for PolitiCap
2.2 DutchBud
- The closed-loop balance system used for play stakes (dibs) in connection with PolitiCap and related experiences
- The DutchBud banking-style product surfaces (web and mobile as published)
- Ledgers, account preferences, and APIs that implement closed-loop balances — explicitly not a claim that dibs are legal tender or a licensed deposit product
2.3 ZZP2ZZP
- The zzp2zzp.nl product line: content, tools, and community surfaces for independent professionals as published
- Related application logic and brands as used on that property
2.4 IWANTISELL (I Want I Sell)
- The iwantisell.com product line: marketplace-style surfaces for individuals and small sellers as published
- Related application logic, maps, and brands as used on that property
2.5 Shared operating layer (within the Property)
- Identity and access patterns shared across the included products where they interconnect
- The deployment and hosting arrangements that make the included products reachable on the public internet — described only as the operating environment, not as a catalogue of suppliers or locations
- Documentation and partner-facing materials that describe how the included products work together
How the pieces fit
PolitiCap is the civic market face. DutchBud is the closed-loop balance spine behind stakes and wallets in that experience. ZZP2ZZP and IWANTISELL are sibling product lines in the same Property bundle: different audiences, same owner-perimeter for programme purposes. Interconnection may grow over time; inclusion here is about perimeter, not a promise that every feature is already cross-wired.
3. What is excluded
- The company — any commercial operating company, sole proprietorship trading name used for general contracting, or other legal person that may invoice, employ, or hold activities outside this schedule
- 3DN as company / contracting banner — general systems, consulting, or fleet work offered under that banner is not part of the Property
- Personal assets, unrelated domains, and projects not named above
- Third-party platforms we use but do not own (app stores, cloud brands, social networks)
- Open-source components owned by their respective authors (we own our integration and configuration, not upstream projects)
4. POLCAP and the Property
POLCAP is the market’s own name on the civic tape. In the product, it behaves like other tickers: positions, prices, treasury and float.
Separately, under a written growth or partner agreement, certain interests may be defined by reference to POLCAP holdings or to a restricted class of units. Those interests, if granted, are intended to track a contractual share of this Property (for example participation in a future disposal of the scheduled assets, or conversion into company shares if a company is later formed around the Property) — always as defined in that agreement.
Ordinary play of the civic market — buying and selling names for dibs — does not by itself grant a legal share of the Property. Dibs are closed-loop play stakes, not a general means of payment, and not a vehicle for purchasing company equity on the open internet.

5. Income vs property
The Property can have attention, usage, and strategic value without being described here as a stream of external payment-instrument revenue. Earning activity — sponsorship, services, licences — may be carried by a company that uses or licenses the Property. That separation is intentional: property is the thing; company is how income may be organised.

This schedule is descriptive. It is not a prospectus, not an offer to the public to acquire securities, and not a transfer of title by publication. No ownership interest in the Property arises merely from reading this page or from ordinary use of the products.
Interests in the Property, if any, arise only under a written instrument with an eligible counterparty. Product stakes (dibs) remain closed-loop play balances within the experience and are not marketed as a general currency.
