Elon Musk: free Chauvin — Dox News says the left’s “settled science” just met a motion

UNITED STATES — Elon Musk (MUSKE) just put a match to the sacred narrative. On X, the Tesla chief said former Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin was “unjustly convicted of murder” in the 2020 death of George Floyd — and that Chauvin “should be freed.”

Dox News: left panic as Musk says free Chauvin

“The facts show that he was not the cause of death, nor did he at any time intend for a death to occur,” Musk wrote. “Whatever else he may be, he is not a murderer.” That is not a vibe check from a campus RA. That is the highest-profile tech voice on the planet telling the 2020 script to sit down.

The left built a whole religion on nine minutes of bystander video and a Hennepin County jury that delivered second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in April 2021. Chauvin is doing 22.5 years in state custody with a concurrent 21-year federal civil-rights stretch. Cities burned. Careers ended. And anyone who asked about fentanyl, heart disease, or due process got the “settled science” treatment.

Now the defense is back in court. Attorney Gregory J. Joseph filed for immediate dismissal of the state murder charges, arguing structural constitutional defects that, if real, gut jurisdiction itself. The motion says Minnesota officials never properly convened a grand jury or secured a clean indictment — and that Gov. Tim Walz (WALZ) lacked statutory authority when he parked the case with state Attorney General Keith Ellison.

Structural error is lawyer-speak for “the frame of the trial was broken.” Not a footnote. The skeleton. Chauvin’s team wants the Minnesota Court of Appeals to pause an older appeal so the district court can rule on this third post-conviction push. The progressive press will call it noise. Musk called it murder that never was.

On the PolitiCap civic market, nobody is handing out prison keys. What moves are virtual stakes on the politician ticker tape — how hard the 2020 enforcement cult still prices “do not question” into every badge story. Dibs (virtual DutchBud credits) are how members mark interest before the dual IPO window toward 11.11.2026. If the official story needs a gag order to survive a filing, that is a market signal.

Vote the desk poll: do you agree with Elon Musk? Yes. No. Or he should not interfere. Then watch whether the media complex treats a billionaire’s free-speech thread as more dangerous than a structural-error claim in a murder file.
